Cheeseburger Meatloaf Sliders

Sharing is caring!

If you love a good meatloaf, and love a great cheeseburger, you’re going to fall in LOVE with these Cheeseburger Meatloaf Sliders!! They taste just like a juicy burger, and so much easier to make when feeding the whole family!

Oh yes indeedy, yes I did! And MAN were these ever good! Best leftover meatloaf sandwich ever. And I mean. EVER.

And it all started out with one of the best meatloaves I’ve ever made, my Juicy Cheeseburger Meatloaf that truly tastes like a cheeseburger all on it’s own!

Just grab a big bowl, crumble in the ground beef, evenly sprinkle and drizzle the rest over the top, shape into a log, and place right into a loaf-sized baking dish or pan!

Spray it first, so that it’s a breeze to clean later!

Then bake for one hour total, topping with a special sauce near the end!

Remove to a plate, after resting for a little bit, and let rest just a little longer.

This gives you time to shred some lettuce and slice up some tomatoes!

*I made two of these, and left the sauce off of the top for my hubby who said he wanted his plain, and the sauce on the bun instead. (He later enjoyed the one with sauce more! So add or not, but the sauce is really good!)

I used slider-sized buns for this, but you can of course make big ones on regular hamburger buns or kaiser rolls if you’re super hungry!

I also preferred the lettuce shredded, but you can use a whole leaf if you’d like it that way better.

So, I first spread the bottoms with just a little mayo to make the lettuce stick, then topped them with thin slices of Roma tomatoes.

Next was a nice pile of shaved red onion! Gotta have that fresh, sweet onion crunch!

My hubby wanted LOTS of cheese! So I melted “some” white American cheese on his!

*White American cheese is the same as the regular yellow, only minus the added food colorings.

The top buns got a treatment of the extra sauce and little bit of regular mayo!

And lemme tell ya!!! These kids were AWESOME!!

So who’s up for some Cheeseburger Meatloaf Sliders? I KNOW we’ll be making these again and again! (I’ve already made them TWICE already!)

The only meatloaf out there that actually tastes just like a cheeseburger all on it’s own!!

Hope you all enjoy!!
