Oh, those crazy, lazy, hazy days of summer are upon us! Too hot and sticky to even move, when only a porch swing, a soft breeze, and an ice cold beverage will do! This is one of my favorites. Fruity, tangy, a little bit tart with just enough sweet! So cool and deliciously refreshing on a scorching hot day! Just the treat to beat the heat, whether serving up a pitcher at a weekend cookout, beach party, or just hanging out with friends. A tropical blend of fruits including coconut, pineapple, cranberry, cherry and pomegranate makes this the perfect party drink that will inspire your guests to stay for another! Only requiring four ingredients to make, it is easily multiplied to make larger batches for any sized party. This drink really hits-the-spot, is the perfect thirst-quencher, and is such a pretty color that it looks really festive served in 1/2 pint mason jars with fruit slices on the rim, summer bing cherries floating on top, and colorful striped, paper straws for sipping! If making large batches, they store in the fridge nicely in plastic 1 gallon containers. The twist on lids make it easy to transport, too. Hope you enjoy this fruity cocktail at your next cookout! Have a wonderful, safe, and fun holiday weekend all!
