OH yeah. A big ol’ “long boy” cheeseburger on top of a hoagie roll!! Puts cheap hamburger buns ‘n burgers to shame!! And decked out Western-style? I feel a “food coma”,…no, wait,…a state of “food euphoria” coming on soon….yes, indeedy!
Barbecued smoked pulled pork, oven-roasted sweet red cubanelle peppers & onions, all blanketed with melted cheese! Then topped with finely shredded lettuce, grape tomatoes, Jalapeño Cowboy Candy, crumbled bacon, all drizzled with more barbecue sauce….mmmmm, can you almost taste it?
My new, “The Cowboy Way Fish Sandwich”, is your answer to no more plain-o-plain-o, drab, boring, dry as sawdust, fish sandwiches!! These Texas-style fish sandwiches shouldn’t even be in the “seafood section” of the menu!! These rockers need to be right up there in the top-billing BURGER section!!
WOW were these ever good. I mean, jaw-droopingly, drool-worthy good! It’s always funny how a few simple ingredients can come together so well! And these newest sliders, my Cheesy Mexican Jalapeño Sausage Sliders on Easy Spiced Rolls, were some of my tastiest yet!!! OMG are you going to LOVE these!!
