Autumn Embers Martini

Sharing is caring!

One sip, and you’re in heaven. Dreamy rich. Smooth as silk. Creamy, caramel-y chocolatey goodness with a hint of butterscotch, cinnamon and vanilla!

Need I say more? 😉 The perfect drink for upcoming Halloween parties, cocktails for us girls at football parties, and Girl’s Night In parties! 😀

Baileys has come out with a new liqueur that’s a slice of heaven in itself! It has added flavors of cinnamon and vanilla and it’s perfect for making cocktails this time of year!

You can also add this liqueur to your coffee or hot chocolate, or use it in baking and frostings, too! Especially good in spice cakes and added to cream cheese frostings! 😉

But I love to enjoy this liqueur in specialty cocktails like this decadent martini! The rim is first dipped in caramel sauce then rolled in cinnamon-sugar mix. But you can skip this if you prefer and top the drink at the end with a little of the sugar-cinnamon mix instead.

You then simply swirl the inside of the glass with a little chocolate syrup and caramel sauce, then fill with a shaken mixture of the Baileys Vanilla Cinnamon, Amarula Cream Liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, and Absolut Vodka! Shake well over ice to chill and pour into a chilled martini glass and enjoy! You can add ice to your drink, but this isn’t necessary because you won’t be able to put it down long enough for the chill to wear off! 😉

Even the pretty colors with the sparkling rim are reminiscent of fall colors and these drinks look so pretty on the table! Sweet and wicked good enough to finish off a meal prepared for company as the dessert all by itself! 😉 But this also goes really well with any spiced or caramel dessert, or chocolate cake, pie or mousse, too!

So if you’re looking for a nice cocktail to serve during the fall and holiday season, this is one to save and remember! You’ll fall in love with this at first sip! 😉
