3 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) jar creamy peanut better (I used Peter Pan)
  • 1 (16 oz.) tub frosting, (any flavor can be used / I used chocolate) just don't use cream cheese or whipped frostings as they won't set
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • (kosher or sea salt on top after chilling - optional - but so good!)

Instructions

  • Spoon frosting and peanut butter into a large mixing bowl.
  • Microwave on High for 1 minute.
  • Remove and stir well until peanut butter and frosting are completely blended. Stir in vanilla.
  • Microwave again for 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Stir, and pour into glass, or sprayed foil-lined, 8x8 baking pan or dish.
  • Chill until hardened. If using foil, lift out, peel down foil sides, and place onto a cutting surface.
  • Cut into small pieces. (*Sprinkle each with a little kosher or sea salt just before serving if desired.)
