Ingredients

1 cup heavy mayo such as Hellmann's

1 cup thick sour cream such as Daisy

3 Tbl. whole grain mustard, I use Maille Old Style

1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (or to taste), can sub fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 tsp. sriracha sauce

1/4 tsp. regular salt

1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1 Tbl. real honey, I used Sue Bee's Sage Honey

4 oz. crumbled blue cheese, (1 cup)
Instructions
In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients, (*except honey and blue cheese), very well until completely mixed.While stirring, drizzle in honey. Stir until mixed in.Stir in blue cheese. (Mix in well, but leave nice chunks). Don't over stir.Spoon into a glass jar or container, cover with lid, and chill for several hours.Serve over salads, or use as a condiment on sandwiches, or as a dip for appetizers.
