Ingredients

7-10 lb. bone-in uncut fully cooked ham, butt or shank

1/4 cup honey

1 Tbl. butter

1 Tbl. orange juice, (up to an 1/8 cup for thinner)

1/2 Tbl. whole grain mustard
Instructions
Heat ham according to package directions. (*I did mine in a foil-lined roaster, cut side-down, added 1 1/2 cups water, covered, and baked at 325º for 12 minutes per pound.)Heat butter and honey in microwave until warm enough to mix. Add orange juice and mustard. Stir well.When ham is done, uncover and baste with half of the sauce. Continue baking for 5 minutes, uncovered.Turn ham over to cut side-up. Baste well with rest of sauce. Bake again, uncovered for 5 more minutes.Remove from oven, tent well with the same foil, and let rest before carving, at least 10 minutes.
