Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, (*after trimming ends, so buy extra, it won't go to waste)

1/4 cup mayo

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 Tbl. melted butter

1 tsp. lightly packed fine orange zest

1 Tbl. fresh squeezed orange juice

1/16 tsp. salt

*garnish with more orange zest and orange slices if desired
Instructions
In small dish, melt butter.Stir in rest of ingredients until well mixed and creamy with no tiny lumps. Cover and chill until needed.Serve over hot cooked asparagus, garnish with more orange zest and orange slices if desired.
