Ingredients

2 oz. cream cheese, very soft

1/4 cup mayo

1 Tbl. sour cream

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

1 tsp. dried minced onion

1 tsp. finely snipped fresh chives (or dried if you don't have fresh)

1/16 tsp. each regular table salt & regular ground black pepper

3 Tbl. very finely grated asiago cheese (can sub parmesan if preferred)

1/4 tsp. olive oil
-
1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar

teeny tiny pinch of cayenne
Instructions
In small bowl, add neufchâtel cheese and microwave just until soft. (Only maybe 20 seconds on High, depending on your microwave.)Whisk until creamy, add everything up to the asiago cheese, and stir until mixed and creamy.Stir in asiago cheese. Stir in olive oil, vinegar, and cayenne.Add milk to desired consistency, and stir again until creamy. (Omit if using this recipe for a spread.)Wonderful served with buffalo wings! Enjoy!
